We offer two types of appointments: Life-or-Death Emergency Service and Urgent Travel Service.

Please note that walk-ins without an appointment are not allowed.

Making an appointment with us is completely free of charge.

Kindly note that appointments cannot be transferred to another customer.

For Life-or-Death Emergency Service, we prioritize customers who have qualified life-or-death emergencies and are traveling internationally within the next 3 business days. To learn more about this service, please visit our Life-or-Death Emergency page.

If you require Urgent Travel Service and have not yet applied, please make an appointment online. Your appointment should be scheduled within 14 calendar days of your international travel date.

If you have already applied for Urgent Travel Service, please call 1-877-487-2778 to schedule your appointment. The appointment must be scheduled within 5 calendar days of your international travel date.
